We’ve put this page together to make things easy, a hub with everything you might need for the party, plus a few tips for those visiting and unfamiliar with the area.
Our home is in Hepburn Springs, just a 3-4 minute drive from Daylesford. Both towns are approximately 1.5 hours from Melbourne and are surrounded by bushland, mineral springs and beautiful open country.
The Party
Our party will take place at our home, across the yard and into the sheds, so it’s very much an indoor/outdoor situation.
Please keep an eye on the weather and bring something warm for when the sun goes down. Even if the day is beautiful, it cools off quickly in the hills.
And most importantly…
Don’t forget your dancing shoes.

The Weekend
The ChillOut Festival is on over the weekend, so there will be plenty happening in town beyond our party on Saturday.
On Sunday afternoon/evening, we’ll be heading to LAVENDAZE - a dance party at Lavandula Lavender Farm. It’s always a beautiful setting and a great way to close out the weekend. Everyone is welcome to join us. If you’d like to come, reach out, a few friends have spare tickets.
Getting Around 🚗
Being a regional town, Uber can be limited, especially during ChillOut so we recommend planning ahead.
Here are some reliable options:
Paul’s Rides (Local Legend)
Paul is a local driver who can be contacted directly and is very familiar with the Daylesford/Hepburn area.
Rates:
$20 daytime rides within Daylesford/Hepburn
$30 night rides
If you have a group needing more than two rides, night rate is $20 per ride
Cash is preferred, though tap-and-go is available.
It’s strongly advised to book ahead, particularly across festival weekend.

As with everything that weekend, book early where possible.
ChillOut Festival Shuttle Bus 🚌
The ChillOut Shuttle Bus is a handy option.
You can purchase a shuttle pass for unlimited travel across the entire bus route for the weekend. Passes can be purchased online or from the Festival Hub when you arrive in town.
The shuttle runs a continual loop:
Jubilee Lake → Vic Park → through Daylesford → to Hepburn Springs.
There are additional services on Sunday to support travel to Carnival Day and Lavandaze; look for the Lavandaze signed buses.
Operating Times:
Friday: 4pm – 1am
Saturday: 9am – 1am
Sunday: 9am – 1am
No wristband, no travel
